This is a high-strength liquid silicone rubber, typically with high viscosity and toughness, enabling it to perfectly wrap and fill the prototypes with complex, rough surface textures (such as natural stone or master molds). The elastic mold formed after curing can withstand the weight of common materials used in the production of cultured stones (such as cement, gypsum, and lightweight aggregate mixtures), alkaline corrosion, and the physical stress of repeated demolding. It is also an AB two-component liquid silicone rubber, where the A component is silicone rubber and the B component is the curing agent; mix the two components evenly and stir well, and they will slowly cure in about 30 minutes, and completely cure in 3-4 hours (the curing time also depends on the weather and the curing agent provided); usually, we choose a hardness of 20-30 degrees for this type of silicone rubber.

1.Detail copying ability: The flow is moderate, and it can precisely enter and fill every tiny crack, hole and texture of the natural stone, ensuring that the replicated cultural stone texture is extremely realistic.

2.High tear resistance and wear resistance: These are the most critical indicators of the silicone for the cultural stone mold. The cultural stone molds are heavy and have many sharp edges, so they require significant bending force when demolding. The high tear resistance ensures that the molds do not tear or break easily during repeated use, significantly extending the mold's lifespan.

3.Excellent tensile strength and elasticity: The extremely high tensile strength and excellent rebound performance enable the mold to easily demold the molded product even when it is wrapped with a complex "inverted" structure (imitating the irregular shape of natural stone) without damaging the mold or the cement product.

4.Resistance to alkali corrosion: Cement is a strongly alkaline material. The high-quality silicone molds for cultural stones are specially formulated to resist the alkaline substances produced during the cement hydration process, preventing the mold surface from flaking, becoming sticky, or losing its strength.

5.High hardness and support: Unlike the soft silicone used for handicrafts, the silicone for cultural stone molds usually has a higher Shore hardness after curing. This provides sufficient support for the heavy gypsum or cement slurry, preventing the mold from deforming due to its own weight after pouring and thus avoiding affecting the dimensional accuracy of the product. High temperature and low temperature resistance and weather resistance: It can operate stably in outdoor conditions and within certain temperature fluctuations, making it suitable for factory production environments.

6.Operational performance is excellent: It is usually of the condensation type, and the two-component (A/B components) can be mixed in proportion for use. The operation is simple. The viscosity can be selected as needed, and it is suitable for brushing or pouring processes.

4. Mold refurbishment and replication: When the original mold (whether it is a silicone mold or a mother mold made of other materials) becomes worn out, a new production mold can be replicated from it to ensure production continuity.

1. The addition ratio of the curing agent should be 2% to 3%. Adjusting the ratio appropriately can change the operation time. In summer, it is recommended to add 2%, and in winter, 3%;
2. The curing environment temperature should be above 15 degrees, and the humidity should be 60% to 70%. If the temperature or humidity is too low, it will cause slow or difficult curing;
3. If the environmental temperature or humidity is too low, you can place it in a heated room or air-conditioned room, along with a humidifier - and use it to increase the temperature and humidity to accelerate the curing process.
