The silicone mold for resin handicrafts is a liquid silicone composed of two-component AB material. The A component is organic silicon, and the B component is the curing agent. The standard ratio is 100:2 to 100:3. It can be appropriately adjusted according to the weather conditions, and the B component curing agent is divided into three types: quick-drying, medium-drying, and slow-drying. It can also be configured according to the usage purpose.

1. Industrial-grade products can achieve a precision of ≤ 4‰, ensuring precise mold dimensions and good product consistency. High detail recognition: Excellent fluidity enables complete filling of the fine patterns of the master mold (such as figurines, complex reliefs), achieving a 1:1 replication effect. Surface smoothness: The surface becomes fine after curing, ensuring high surface quality of the resin products after demolding.

2. Adjustable hardness: After the industrial-grade mold silicone has fully cured, its hardness can be selected within the range of 5 to 35 degrees. Based on the material size, texture depth, and the hardness of the remolded product, we can choose the appropriate hardness to replicate the same product. This makes demolding easier, the operation more convenient, and increases the number of repeat molding opportunities.

3. High temperature resistance and corrosion resistance: It can withstand a temperature range of 200°C to -50°C. A special formula can reach 250°C. It can withstand the heat release during the resin curing process and prevent the mold from being damaged. Chemical corrosion resistance: Resistant to acids, alkalis, and able to resist erosion by resins (epoxy resins, polyurethanes, unsaturated resins, etc.). It does not age or deteriorate easily during long-term use. Aging resistance: Resistant to ultraviolet rays and oxidation. It has a long storage period. Mold life can reach 100-160 times (for large items) to hundreds of times (for small items), the exact number depending on the size.

1. The addition ratio of the curing agent should be 2% to 3%. Adjusting the ratio appropriately can change the operation time. In summer, it is recommended to add 2%, and in winter, 3%;
2. The curing environment temperature should be above 15 degrees, and the humidity should be 60% to 70%. If the temperature or humidity is too low, it will cause slow or difficult curing;
3. If the environmental temperature or humidity is too low, you can place it in a heated room or air-conditioned room, along with a humidifier - and use it to increase the temperature and humidity to accelerate the curing process.
