1. Surface Preparation
- Clean the surface to be adhered, removing oil and dust (rubbing alcohol is recommended).
- Rough surfaces should be sanded with sandpaper (180-240 grit is recommended) to improve adhesion.
2. Glue Application
- Cut the nozzle at a 45° angle and squeeze the adhesive strip onto the joint.
- Apply the adhesive in a zigzag pattern to ensure the adhesive completely fills the right-angle gap (recommended adhesive thickness of 2-5mm).
3. Curing Conditions
- Tack-Free Time: Approximately 30 minutes at room temperature (25°C) (50% humidity).
- Fully Cured: Reaches maximum strength after 24 hours. Extended to 48 hours in low-temperature or high-humidity environments.
