Product Operation Process
1. Use an electronic scale, take an appropriate amount of Anti-Poisoning High Density Silicone. add it to the mixture with a ratio of 10% (or 2%) using Anti-Poisoning High Density Silicone Catalyst, and add an appropriate amount of Liquid Silicone Rubber Thinner according to the printing requirements, stir evenly.
2. Pour the prepared silicone mixture into the mesh plate and use a scraper to apply it.
3. For the first printing, you need to scrape the silicone clean with force, leaving a clear silicone base (which is convenient for thickening later). After printing 4 - 5 times, you can start to thicken. After each printing, it needs to be dried before the next printing.
