Product Operation Process
1. Use an electronic scale,take an appropriate amount of Super High Density Silicone, add it to the mixture with a ratio of 10% (or 2%) using Curing Catalyst, and add an appropriate amount of Liquid Silicone Rubber Thinner according to the printing requirements,stir evenly.
2. Pour the prepared silicone mixture into the mesh plate and use a scraper to apply it.
3. For the first printing, you need to scrape the silicone clean with force, leaving a clear silicone base (which is convenient for thickening later). After printing 3 - 4 times, you can start to thicken. After each printing, it needs to be dried before the next printing.
4. When building up thickness, there is no need to use a scraper with great force. Use a medium force to scrape the screen in a continuous motion from top to bottom twice.
