The liquid used to make the silicone mold for candles is a type of silicone with two components, A and B. A is the silicone, and B is the curing agent. The ratio of A to B is 100:2-3, which is a condensation type mold silicone. It requires both humidity and temperature conditions to cure. The silicone liquid used to make the candle mold has a relatively soft hardness. If it is too hard, it will be difficult to remove the mold and it will also affect its tensile strength. Generally, we use a hardness of 10 to 20 degrees.

High fluidity: Before solidification, it is a low-viscosity liquid that can perfectly fill every tiny corner of the prototype, precisely replicating exquisite surface textures and complex irregular shapes.
High temperature resistance: The regular product can withstand temperatures ranging from approximately -50℃ to 200℃. It meets the requirements of wax liquid pouring.
Stable quality: After curing, the chemical properties are stable and do not react with common materials such as wax and resin.
Anti-tear: Good flexibility (facilitating demolding) and high tear resistance, not prone to cracking due to frequent pulling, and capable of undergoing multiple moldings.
Easy to operate: It can cure at room temperature (usually 2-6 hours), with an appropriate operation period, and supports various methods such as pouring or brushing.
Applied range
The silicone candle mold material is not only used for making candle molds, but also widely applicable for replicating various prototype production molds, facilitating subsequent wax pouring (especially suitable for DIY and mass production), creating unique-shaped handmade soaps, being used for making film props, ornaments, sculptures, etc., as well as for casting molds of gypsum and cement products.

Instructions
1. The addition ratio of the curing agent should be 2% to 3%. Adjusting the ratio appropriately can change the operation time. In summer, it is recommended to add 2%, and in winter, 3%;
2. The curing environment temperature should be above 15 degrees, and the humidity should be 60% to 70%. If the temperature or humidity is too low, it will cause slow or difficult curing;
3. If the environmental temperature or humidity is too low, you can place it in a heated room or air-conditioned room, along with a humidifier - and use it to increase the temperature and humidity to accelerate the curing process.
