How to Print heat transfer silicone labels on PET transfer, not need middle layer!!!!!
Step 1 :
prepare silicone HY-503 (10:1)
mixed with 10% HY-C3 , also white color pigment, 30%, mixed well, 15%-20% silicone thinner, mixed well, print 2 times, each time need to heat dry, 120°C,
Step 2
prepare silicone HY-503 (10:1)
mixed with 20% HY-C6, mixed well, print once, keep wet, for applying hot melt powder HY-R08 on it, covering well, 
step 3
put labels film in Constant temperature oven 150°C, for 5 mins, then take out, for heat transfer
Step 4
heat press: 160°C, for 5seconds, 3kg pressure,
