The heating temperature varies depending on the situation, generally ranging from 100°C to 200°C. Optimal parameters are determined through multiple experiments. Reheating in an oven after printing will yield better results; a time of 3-30 seconds is recommended. Because the factors affecting this are complex and sensitive, the need for heating before and after printing, as well as the temperature and duration, should be determined based on individual user experience.

It is common to perform hot stamping immediately after extrusion, print after heating, or reheat after printing.

Silicone rubber gravure inks are suitable for contact gravure, offset, and flexographic printing. For best results, printing on a dry, clean media surface is recommended (for example, if the media surface is wet, use hot air to dry it for better adhesion).
